Dorayaki
Dorayaki is a Japanese pancake. This pancake is normally filled with a red bean paste. This is also called Anko. One of the advantages of pancakes is that you can eat them hot or cold. This also applies to the Dorayaki.
Originally, only one pancake was used for this dish. Later this was changed by putting two pancakes on top of each other with the bean paste in between. You can also use other spreads instead of bean paste (Anko). An example is jam or syrup, but Nutella is also recommended!
