Cream Cheese Chocolate Truffles Recipe
This dessert recipe is so easy. You need the follow ingredients: white chocolate, dark chocolate, Philadelphia Cream cheese, lemon juice and pistachios.
The first step is cut 100 grams of white chocolate in small pieces. Add the pieces to a heat resistant bowl, its time to melt the chocolate au-bain-marie. Stir through the chocolate until every piece of chocolate is melted. The next is to add 120 grams of Philadelphia cream cheese to a mixing bowl. Stir everything until smooth. Next add 80 grams of melted white chocolate. Mix everything together.
Peel 30 grams of pistachios nuts and cut them in small pieces. Add the small pieces to the mixing bowl with the white chocolate and cream cheese. Add 8 ml of lemon juice and mix everything together. Let it set in the fridge for 30 minutes until 1 hour.
Make round balls of 14 gram each. Cover the balls with a plastic wrap and let it sit in the fridge for 4 hours. After 4 hours start melting 200 grams of Dark Chocolate au-bain-marie. I used Dark Belgium Chocolate, but you can use all different kinds of chocolate. Take the small balls out of the fridge and cover them with a layer of dark chocolate. Use the remaining 20 grams of white chocolate to make white stripes on the chocolate truffles. When the chocolate truffles contains a white stripe, place them in the fridge for a minimum of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes the Chocolates Truffles with Cream Cheese are ready to be served. Enjoy!
