Dorayaki Oreo

Dorayaki is of course originally a Japanese dish. You can eat it for breakfast, but in Japan it is mainly known as street food. The original recipe consists of eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, honey, all purpose flour, baking powder, water and Nutella for the spread. This recipe consists of Oreo Pack, egg, milk and baking powder. The white spread that you see in the photo is the white that is between the two Oreo cookies.

This recipe is an alternative if you have already made the original recipe a number of times. I really recommend you try this Dorayaki Oreo recipe! Im only giving a 3 star rating as nothing is said in recipe about the 80ml of milk that is needed along with the cookie/egg mixture only found out cause of video. It really is ok if you double check your recipe for anything that might be missing before you post it.
