This snack is easy to make. You need the follow ingredients: unsalted butter, vanilla extract, salt, honey, oats, oats flour (grinded oats), baking powder and raisins.
The first step is to add 113 grams of unsalted butter in your mixing bowl. Spread the butter softly. Make sure the butter is on room temperature. Next add 10 ml of vanilla extract, 2 grams of salt and 90 grams of honey to the mixture. Mix the ingredients together. Add 100 grams of oats and again mix this with the mixture.
Grab your food processor. add 130 grams of oats to the food processor. Grind the oats really fine to oats flour. Add the oats flour to the mixture. Mix everything together. Thereafter add 4 grams of baking powder to the mixture together with 40 grams of raisins. Mix everything together.
Roll small round oat balls by hand. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Flatten the cookies slightly with your fingers. Bake for 15 minutes (200°C) or golden brown. Let the Oat cookies cool for 25 minutes. After 25 minutes the cookies are ready to be served. Enjoy!
