Chocolate Peanut Clusters Recipe

This snack is easy to make. You need the follow ingredients: unsalted peanuts, milk chocolate, white chocolate and dark Belgium chocolate.

First you grab a 3 trays or a small bowls. Add in each bowl 100 grams of unsalted peanuts.  When the bowls consist of peanuts you set this on the side. Grab a sauce pan and fill this with hot water. Add the sauce pan on the stove with a bowl on top.

Add the dark Belgium chocolate in the bowl. It’s time to melt the chocolate au-bain-marie. When you see that the chocolate is fully melted you can add 1 tray of peanuts. Mix the peanuts with the chocolate. Make sure that every peanut is well covered with a layer of chocolate.

When all the peanuts have a nice coating scoop a pile of nuts onto a plate covered with baking paper. Put the plate in the fridge for 4 hours. Repeat the steps 2 t/m 5 for the Milk Chocolate and White Chocolate. Enjoy these amazing Chocolate Peanut Clusters!

Instructions
