I make a smoothie in the morning to give my day an amazing start. Depending on the fruit I have at my home. For this recipe you need a blender. In this article, we’ll take a closer look at how to make Banana Yogurt Smoothie.

What is the definition of Banana Yogurt Smoothie

The meaning of Banana Yogurt Smoothie is:

”A healthy smoothie that is made with banana, milk, yogurt and ice cubes. Mix the mixture until smooth in the blender”.

So today an easy recipe again. Smoothies are therefore easy to make and you can actually use all kinds of fruit. So today we use bananas. Bananas are very accessible and also not that expensive to buy. Everyone actually likes banana. If you are not a fan of bananas to eat them fresh, you will love them in a smoothie. Of course you have the taste of bananas, only the texture is different.

A smoothie is good for in the morning, but also delicious on a hot summer day. I recommend that you opt for frozen bananas. The texture will then improve as a smoothie, but this is my personal preference. If you choose fresh bananas that are not frozen, you can also add extra ice cubes.

Bananas are healthy. They are full of carbohydrates. By adding the yogurt and the milk you also get the protein. The smoothie will make you feel full. Surely that’s what everyone wants in the morning. You need 2 minutes in the morning for this recipe! Everyone can make it!

Banana Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

This drink recipe is really easy, like every smoothie. You need the follow ingredients: bananas, milk, yogurt and ice cubs.

I buy the bananas by the grocery store. After buying them I put them in the fridge so they become frozen. If you have the option to buy frozen bananas you can also choose this option. For this smoothie I want a slightly thicker mixture, you get this by frozen bananas or use more ice cubs.

Making a smoothie is easy with a blender or mixer. Put your blender on the counter top. Add the frozen bananas, milk, yogurt and the ice cubs. You can start mixing everything together. After 1 minute the mixture needs to be ready. Take a look at the mixture, if the mixture is to thin you can add more ice cubs. If you like the mixture you can pour it into your glass. You will love the taste! Enjoy your healthy banana smoothie! Below I have written the steps again in short steps.
