Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles Recipe
This dessert recipe is so easy. You need the follow ingredients: cream cheese, peanut butter, vanilla extract, icing sugar, dark chocolate, peanuts and crackers.
The first step is to add the cream cheese in a bowl and use a hand mixer to soften the cream cheese. The next thing you want to do is add the vanilla extract, peanut butter and icing sugar to the mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients together.
Place a plastic wrap on top of the mixing bowl and set it in the fridge for 2 hours. After the 2 hours roll small balls by hand. If that’s not possible, put the mixture longer in the fridge. Add the small round balls on a sheet of baking paper and set it in the freezer for 1 hour.
After 1 hour start melting 300 grams of dark chocolate. Dip the balls in the chocolate and let them drain on a drip tray. Add on top finely crushed biscuits and add finely chopped peanuts. Let the truffles set in the fridge for 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes the truffles are ready to be served.
