Classic Cake Recipe
This dessert recipe is so easy. You need the follow ingredients: eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, milk, sunflower oil, baking powder and all purpose flour.
Grab your mixing bowl and add two eggs, 100 grams of granulated sugar, 10 grams of vanilla sugar. Mix everything together with a mixer. When everything is well combined you can sieve the 10 grams of baking powder and 160 grams of all purpose flour to the mixture. Again mix everything together.
Your batter is ready! It will take your a maximum of 10 minutes. Add the batter to your baking mold. I have used a 19 cm baking mold. Preheat the oven on 180°C. When the oven is on the right temperature you can add the cake for 34 / 35 minutes on 180°C. Add whipped cream next to the cake. Enjoy!
