This snack is easy to make. You need the follow ingredients: unsalted butter, light brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, all purpose flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips.
The first step for making these amazing cookies is to take a mixing bowl and add 115 grams of unsalted butter, 115 grams of granulated sugar and 150 grams of light brown sugar. Mix everything together. When the ingredients are mixed together add one egg and 4 ml of vanilla extract.
Then sift 180 grams of all-purpose flour, 2 grams of baking powder and 4 grams of salt into the mixture. Mix everything together. Add 200 grams of chocolate chips to the cookie batter. Mix everything together. Let the cookie batter set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Use an ice cream scoop to shape the cookies. Large biscuits are 50 grams, small biscuits are 30 grams each. Preheat the oven to 160℃ celcius. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes (160℃). Serve the Chocolate Chip Cookies while still warm with a cold glass of milk!
