Self Rising Flour Cookies Recipe

This snack is easy to make. You need the follow ingredients: salted butter, caster sugar and self rising flour.

The first step is add 125 grams of salted butter, 100 grams of brown (caster) sugar and 150 grams of self rising flour to your mixing bowl. Start kneading everything by hand. Make sure that everything is well mixed together and make a ball of the dough.

Let the mixing bowl with the dough rest for 20 minutes in the fridge. After the 20 minutes you can take the bowl out of the fridge. The next step is to make small round balls. I could make 25 small balls of the dough.

Place the small balls on a baking tray with baking paper. Press a pattern into the dough with your fork. The next step is to preheat your oven to 150°C degrees celcius. When the oven reaches the right temperature bake the cookies for 20 minutes on 150°C degrees celcius. After 20 minutes take the cookies out and let them cool. Enjoy eating!
