Salty Butter Cookies Recipe
This snack is easy to make. You need the follow ingredients: salted butter, granulated sugar and all purpose flour.
The first step is making the dough. Grab your mixing bowl and add 125 grams of salted butter, 100 grams of granulated sugar and 150 grams of all purpose flour. The next step is the fun part: knead everything by hand. Mix the ingredients good together. If everything is well mixed you make a ball of the dough.
Weight of each cookie
Let the mixing bowl with the dough rest for 20 minutes in the fridge. After the 20 minutes you can take the bowl out of the fridge. The next step is to make small round balls. I could make 18 small balls of the dough. If you want to measure the weight: you add the ball of dough on a digital food scale. Divide the total weight by 18 and you know the grams of each cookie.
Add the small round balls on a baking tray with baking paper. Gently press the pattern into the dough with a fork. When that’s ready you can preheat your oven tot 160 degrees celcius. When the oven reaches the right temperature you add the baking tray in the oven for 20 minutes on 160 degrees celcius. After 20 minutes take the cookies out and let them cool down. When the cookies have been cooled down, you can enjoy these amazing cookies!
