The skin will always be the problem and your hands will have the smell of garlic. It can also be done in a different, faster way, without your hands starting to smell. Below you can find the steps for peeling garlic:
- Lay the Garlic on a cutting board
- Put your hands on the garlic and push down, the cloves will let go.
- To peel the cloves there are two ways: the first method is to put the cloves in jar with a lid. Shake 20 to 25 seconds and the skins will have been released for the most part.
- The second method is to put a knife side wise on the clove. Push with your hands down. By pressing on the clove the skin will slowly let go.
- All you have to do is gently remove the skins and you have peeled the garlic!
