Unfortunately it is not summer yet or at least not where I live. Today a recipe that gives you a real summer feeling. A beautiful beach and then this smoothie completes the picture. You can also drink it in the morning! Like any smoothie recipe, it is easy to make. Start your day well and healthy! In this article, we’ll take a closer look at how to make watermelon yogurt smoothie.

This smoothie as I have already described above is all about summer for me. Some may eat this fruit more often, but I can enjoy it the most when the weather is nice and warm outside. A slice of watermelon with a nice ham. That is really enjoyable for me! Coincidentally, some of my summer days consisted of this. You can also use this piece of fruit perfectly for a smoothie.

When you buy a whole watermelon, you will first have to cut it into pieces and remove the seeds. Then you place the watermelon pieces in the freezer. You can also choose not to do this. After mixing you have to see what the substance looks like. If the substance is too watery, you will need to add extra ice cubes. When you put the pieces in the freezer, you will not need this.

The recipe is quite simple. You can choose to use almond milk instead of normal milk. Or of course another milk that you like. Strawberries are also optional, but I do use them in this recipe. This gives a nice taste to this smoothie. It takes about 5 minutes to de-seed and cut the watermelon. I have not included this time in the recipe. Placing the ingredients in the blender and mixing together will take max 2 minutes.

This drink recipe is really easy, like every smoothie. You need the follow ingredients: frozen watermelon, strawberries, milk, yogurt and ice cubs.

Put the watermelon pieces in the fridge or you can buy them frozen. The next step is to put your blender on your counter top. Measure all the ingredients. Add the ingredients to the blender. When everything is in the blender you can start mixing. I recommend to mix it for 40-50 seconds and afterwards watch the substance. If you want a thicker substance add more ice cubs and mix for a couple of seconds. The moment the substance is perfect you can start pouring it into two glasses. The last thing you need to do is enjoying this amazing Watermelon Smoothie! Below I have written the steps again in short steps.
