Everyone wants to exercise more, eat healthier, maybe you want to develop yourself in the field of work or in other areas. Think to yourself: Have I really been eating healthier in the past 2 months? Let the alcohol and take some water, grab a piece of fruit instead of candy? The most important part: it’s your choice to make this change. Still, I can get you started with the recipe that I’m going to share with you today. That way you start the day healthy! In this article, we’ll take a closer look at how to make raspberry yogurt smoothie.

What is the definition of Raspberry Yogurt Smoothie

The meaning of Raspberry Yogurt Smoothie is:

”A healthy smoothie that is made with frozen raspberry, milk, yogurt, and ice cubes. Mix the mixture until smooth in the blender”.

Raspberry Yogurt Smoothie

This smoothie was not that high on my list to make. The main reason was that there were so many other possibilities that this one had ended up a bit at the bottom of the list. And actually that was not where this smoothie belonged. Red fruits add great flavor to a smoothie. It is a neutral taste that everyone actually likes. The recipe is so simple and healthy too! So you start your day well!

This time I have not added any optional elements to this smoothie. If you have other ideas that you can add more, you can always let us know. Maybe then I’ll change my mind. For this smoothie you need a blender or mixer and 2 minutes of your time. Like the other smoothies, I recommend that you opt for frozen raspberries. This benefits the texture of the drink and makes it a lot tastier. It is getting thicker!

Raspberry Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

This drink recipe is really easy, like every smoothie. You need the follow ingredients: frozen raspberry, milk, yogurt and ice cubs.

Put the raspberry pieces in the fridge or you can buy them frozen. Set up your blender or mixer. Measure 400 grams of raspberry, 150 ml of milk, 200 grams of plain yogurt and ice cubs. You can use normal milk or to make it healthier you can choose for almond milk. If you like a specific milk I recommend you to choose this one!

When you have put everything in the blender you can start mixing. Mix it for 45 seconds until 1 minute. After mixing it is important to check if the substance is thick enough for you. If the substance is too thin, you can add ice cubes. When you like a thin substance, I recommend using fresh raspberries instead of the frozen option. If you are satisfied with the substance, pour it into two glasses! Enjoy your Raspberry Smoothie! Below I have written the steps again in short steps.
