A new day and a new recipe. The last recipe was about the Banana Yogurt Smoothie. This recipe is so easy and so delicious! Today another recipe to start your day off right. After tasting this flavor you really don’t want anything else. This is one of my favorite smoothies at the moment. Just like the other smoothies, you do need a blender or mixer for this recipe. In this article, we’ll take a closer look at how to make pineapple yogurt smoothie.

What is the definition of Pineapple Yogurt Smoothie

The meaning of Pineapple Yogurt Smoothie is:

”A healthy smoothie that is made with pineapple, milk, yogurt and ice cubes. Mix the mixture until smooth in the blender”.

So today a new smoothie recipe. This smoothie has two different names. It is known worldwide as Pineapple Smoothie, but in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany it can also be known under the name Ananas Smoothie. A Pineapple has a nice sweet taste. With this smoothie I always think of a tropical place like Bali. Enjoying the beach with a sweet smoothie, looking to the calm water.

For the purchase of a pineapple, I recommend that you choose a whole instead of a pineapple that has already been cut into pieces. This is often a lot cheaper. In addition, it is also a small effort to cut the fruit. You just need to remove the shell and core. You can do this within 2 minutes. If you have never done this before, it will take a little longer. When you’ve removed the skin and core, cut the pineapple into small cubs. You can then put these in the fridge. This will benefit the smoothie.

As you know by now, I often take a smoothie in the morning that includes frozen fruit. I also always use yogurt and milk to get my daily protein. If you like a thick smoothie, you will have to use extra ice cubes. You can of course also choose to just add pineapple pieces that are not frozen. The substance then becomes something else, but still very tasty! Everyone has their own preference!

Pineapple Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

This drink recipe is really easy, like every smoothie. You need the follow ingredients: pineapple, milk, yogurt and ice cubs.

Like I mentioned above the cheapest option is to buy a whole pineapple. Remove the shell and core. Cut the pineapple into cubes and add them in the fridge so they can become frozen.

For making the smoothie you need a mixer of blender that can crush ice and the frozen food. These blenders doesn’t cost that much. It’s a small investment, that you can help to eat healthy in the morning! When you have the blender on your counter top you add the frozen pineapple, yogurt, milk and the ice cubs. It’s time to start mixing. The mixing of the ingredients will cost you 1 minute. After this 1 minute look at the mixture. If the mixture needs to be thicker you can add more ice cubs. This will be the case if you have used a pineapple that isn’t frozen.¬†Enjoy your healthy pineapple smoothie! Below I have written the steps again in short steps.
