I have another smoothie on the schedule, using two types of fruit. There is a good chance that you have both types of fruit at home. In this article, we’ll take a closer look at how to make Pear yogurt smoothie.

The meaning of Pear Yogurt Smoothie is:

”A healthy smoothie that is made with frozen pear, blueberries, yogurt, and ice cubes. Mix the mixture until smooth in the blender”.

Pear Yogurt Smoothie

Pear is a fruit that I don’t eat very often. Often these are the standard fruits such as strawberries, apples and bananas. This will of course also differ with the country where you live and what is available to you. I usually eat pears when they are stewed, which is also a real winter dish and so tasty!

Last week I had already gone to the supermarket to stock up on the fruit for this smoothie. Then it’s about pears and blueberries. The day before I start making the smoothie, I peel and cut my pears into pieces. I then put these pieces in a bag / container and place it in the freezer to get cold overnight. If you have forgotten this and you still want to make the smoothie, this is of course possible. The substance will be slightly different, but you can also choose to add more ice cubes. Ice cubes will cause the substance to thicken slightly. You can also choose to put the container with blueberries in the freezer.

This smoothie is easy and so delicious! If you happen to have healthy seeds at home, you can also use them as a topping with this smoothie. With 2 minutes you have a great smoothie in the morning to start the day healthy and good!

Pear Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie recipe is easy. You need the follow ingredients: frozen pear, blueberries, milk, yogurt and ice cubs.

The day before you want to make this smoothie, you need to peel the pear and cut them into pieces. Add the pieces to the fridge so they can become frozen. The first step is to grab your blender and put it on the counter top. When the blender is on the right place, you need to measure the right amount of ingredients.

400 grams of frozen pear, 80 grams of blueberries, 150 ml of milk, 200 grams of plain yogurt and 12 ice cubes. If you like a thin substance you can start with 5 ice cubes. Put everything in the blender and start mixing. Mix for 45 seconds until 1 minute. After the minute look if you are satisfied with the substance. You can make the substance thicker by adding more ice cubes and start mixing again.

When you are satisfied you can start pouring the mixture in two glasses. Enjoy this great Pear smoothie! Below I have written the steps again in short steps.
