A while ago I indicated that I was inspired by smoothies. This has two main reasons. Smoothies are healthy because they contain fruit, regardless of the other ingredients you can add. Another reason is that it is mainly easy to make. If you don’t have much time in the morning, you can make the necessary preparations the day before. The smoothie is ready in two minutes in the morning. Everyone has two minutes in the morning to get the morning off to a good start! In this article, we’ll take a closer look at how to make Orange yogurt smoothie.

What is the definition of Orange Yogurt Smoothie

The meaning of Orange Yogurt Smoothie is:

”A healthy smoothie that is made with frozen orange, milk, yogurt, and ice cubes. Mix the mixture until smooth in the blender”.

Orange Yogurt Smoothie

Yesterday I walked through the supermarket to get my last groceries for the evening. I was looking for a few oranges to use in a smoothie, but also to buy some freshly squeezed orange juice. Fresh orange juice is so delicious. Full of vitamins and gives myself such a boost. I actually drink it too little, but luckily you can quickly squeeze this fresh at the supermarket.

I used the purchased oranges for a smoothie that I made today. The preparations already started yesterday. First I peeled the oranges and then cut them into pieces. Then the pieces ended up in the freezer. This is to ensure that the substance of the smoothie becomes thicker. You can also easily do this with ice cubes.

This smoothie is so delicious! You can optionally also add a frozen banana. This time I didn’t, but I tested it myself a couple of days ago and it’s a very good addition too. The frozen banana also makes the substance thicker!

The recipe is quite simple and easy to make. It is important that you check for yourself how thick your substance should be. If you like a more watery substance, you don’t have to put the orange in the freezer. You can also choose to use less ice cubes. This prevents the substance from getting too thick. Within 2 minutes you are enjoying a fantastic smoothie that is also healthy!

I really recommend you try this Orange Smoothie recipe! Do you like this recipe leave a comment below or leave a comment on my YouTube Channel! I will appreciate that too! If you have any tips or feedback? Let me know!

Orange Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie recipe is easy. You need the follow ingredients: frozen orange, milk, yogurt and ice cubs.

Put the orange pieces in the fridge so they can become frozen. I recommend to do this the day before. The orange pieces can then freeze at night. The next step is to prepare your blender. Then it is time to weigh the ingredients. If you don’t want a substance that is too thick, you can choose to first see what the substance will be with 6 ice cubes. If you think it is too thin afterwards, you always have the option to add the rest. If the substance is too thick and you want to make it thinner, you can choose to add another orange or some water. This will also cause the substance to thin.

When everything has been added to the blender it is time to mix it for 1 minute. After the minute, look at the substance and decide what to do. When the substance is good, it is time to fill two glasses. If you are alone then you can keep a glass in the fridge. Enjoy this great smoothie! Below I have written the steps again in short steps.
