Tiramisu Roll Cake Recipe
This dessert recipe is so easy. You need the follow ingredients: espresso, granulated sugar, kahlua liqueur, ladyfingers, mascarpone, fresh cream and cocoa powder!
The first step is to brew 300 ml of espresso. Take a container and add the espresso together with 30 grams of granulated sugar, 20 ml of Kahlua liqueur. Mix the ingredients together and set a side.
Place baking paper on your workbench and dip 30 ladyfingers in the espresso mixture. Make sure to make 3 rows of 10 ladyfingers each. The next step is to add 500 grams of mascarpone to a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to soften the mascarpone. Add 400 ml of fresh cream to the mixing bowl. Mix the cream until you get a whipped cream texture. Put the mixture in a piping bag and pip the mixture onto the lady fingers. Use a spatula or knife to smooth everything out. If you have a smooth surface add a layer of cocoa powder.
Now the hardest part: roll up the tiramisu. Lift the baking paper until you see that 4-5 ladyfingers are ready to roll. Make sure to press gently so that it becomes a real roll. Let it set in the freezer for at least 20 hours.
Make whipped cream with 100 milliliters of fresh cream and divide it evenly over the tiramisu roll. Using a fork, pattern the sides and top of the roll. Add some whipped cream on top.
