This dessert recipe is so easy. You need the follow ingredients: strawberries, powdered sugar, fresh cream and lady fingers.
The first step is cut 600 grams of strawberries in half and remove the top of the strawberries. When you have done this put the strawberries in a bowl and put aside. The next step is to add 100 grams of powdered sugar and 600 ml of fresh cream to your kitchen machine. If you don’t have a kitchen machine you can use a hand mixer with a mixing bowl. Whipped the cream until you can make soft peaks.
Grab your baking tin. I used a square with 23 cm by 23 cm. The first layer consist of lady fingers. Next a layer of whipped cream and the third layer is a layer of strawberries. You repeat this process until you reaches the top of the baking tin.
Put the baking tin in the fridge for 4 hours. After 4 hours the dessert is ready to be served. Enjoy this Lady Fingers Cake with fresh strawberries!
