Mango Ice Cream Recipe
This ice cream recipe is so easy. You need the follow ingredients: fresh cream, sweetened condensed milk and one mango.
The first thing you need to do is cut the mango in pieces. Add the mango pieces to a food processor or blender and mix it together until you get a nice smooth mixture.
Grab your mixing bowl and add the 500 ml of fresh cream. Grab a mixer and mix the fresh cream until you get soft peaks. If you have a kitchen machine you can also use this!
When you have the soft peaks you can add the sweetened condensed milk. Mix the ingredients together. After mixing both ingredients together you can finally add the mango mixture. Mix everything together for a last time.
Grab a ice tray or baking mold. Add the mixture to the ice tray and cover it with a plastic wrap. Place the ice tray in the freezer for 8 hours. After 8 hours you will have the perfect mango ice cream! Enjoy!
