To make this fantastic frosting you need five ingredients. The ingredients are: Cream Cheese, Powdered Sugar, Unsalted Butter, Salt and Vanilla Extract. Below we will explain the ingredients or watch our video!
Cream Cheese: you can use what you want
Powdered Sugar: Just regular Powdered Sugar
Unsalted Butter: Important to use butter that is unsalted. That gives the best flavor!
Vanilla Extract: I used vanilla extract, i never tried a vanilla pod!
Salt: Just normal salt

Cream Cheese Frosting
Equipment
- Kitchen Machine
- Digital Food Scale
Ingredients
- 225 grams Cream Cheese
- 113 grams Unsalted Butter
- 400 grams Powdered Sugar
- 6 ml Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Start with measuring 113 grams of unsalted butter and 225 grams of Cream Cheese.
- Add the Cream Cheese and unsalted butter in the Kitchen Machine and start mixing at medium speed.
- Measure 400 grams of Powdered Sugar.
- When the butter and Cream Cheese are nicely mixed you add the Powdered Sugar in 5 parts.
- Make sure to include the remnants of the bottom and sides and add a pinch of salt.
- Measure 6 ml of Vanilla Extract and add it to the mix. Once you've mixed everything, you'll be able to use cream cheese frosting.
