  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Whisk
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Sieve
  • 1 Ice cream scoop


  • 115 grams Unsalted Butter
  • 150 grams Light Brown Sugar
  • 115 grams Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 ml Vanilla Extract
  • 180 grams All Purpose Flour
  • 2 grams Baking Powder
  • 4 grams Salt
  • 200 grams Chocolate Chips


  • The first step is take a mixing bowl and add 115 grams of unsalted butter, 115 grams of granulated sugar and 150 grams of light brown sugar. Mix everything together.
  • Then mix one egg of 1 egg and 4 ml of vanilla extract through the mixture.
  • Then sift 180 grams of all-purpose flour, 2 grams of baking powder and 4 grams of salt into the mixture. Mix everything together.
  • Add 200 grams of chocolate chips to the cookie batter. Mix everything together.
  • Let the cookie batter set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Use an ice cream scoop to shape the cookies. Large biscuits are 50 grams, small biscuits are 30 grams each.
  • Preheat the oven to 160℃ celcius.
  • Bake for 8 - 10 minutes (160℃).
  • Serve the Chocolate Chip Cookies while still warm with a cold glass of milk!
