An amazing dessert: Cream Puffs. This dessert is so good and so easy to make. Everyone loves cream puffs with whipped cream filling!
- 100 ml Milk
- 100 ml Water
- 100 grams Butter
- 100 grams All-purpose flour
- 4 Eggs
- 500 ml Fresh Cream
- 80 grams Powdered Sugar
The first step is take a saucepan and add 100 ml of milk, 100 ml of butter and 100 ml of water. Bring the mixture to a boil.
Then add 100 grams of all-purpose flour to the mixture. Mix everything together.
Boil the batter for two minutes. Take the pan of the heat.
Then add 1 egg at a time (4 eggs in total). Do not add the next egg until the other is fully incorporated.
Put the batter in a piping bag and make round balls of the batter.
Bake for 20 minutes (210°C). Let them cool completely after baking for 20 minutes.
For the whipped cream, add 60 grams of icing sugar and 500 ml of fresh cream (35% fat) to your food processor.
When the whipped cream is ready, put the mixture in a piping bag. Fill the puffs with whipped cream.
Finally, add powdered sugar to the cream puffs.
