Dark Chocolate Cake
An amazing dessert: Dark Chocolate Cake. This dessert is so easy to make with an amazing bar of chocolate on top!
2 Mixing bowls
1 Baking mold 15 cm
- 30 grams Cake Flour
- 20 grams Cocoa Powder
- 45 grams Granulated Sugar
- 20 grams Unsalted Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 bar Chocolate (Dark or Milk Chocolate)
The first step is to sieve 30 grams of cake flour and 20 grams of cocoa powder into a mixing bowl.
Then add 2 eggs and 45 grams of granulated sugar to another mixing bowl. Blend for three minutes.
Then add half of the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl with eggs/sugar. Mix everything together with a spatula. When everything is well mixed, add the rest of the dry ingredients.
When everything is well mixed, add 20 grams of unsalted melted butter. Mix everything together.
Pour the mixture into the baking mold.
Preheat the oven to 170°C celcius.
Bake for 15 minutes (170°C).
After 15 minutes, add a bar of dark or milk chocolate on top. Bake for 10 minutes (160°C).
Let the chocolate cake cool for 15 minutes. Then the chocolate cake is ready to be served!
