Equipment

  • 1 Sieve
  • 2 Mixing bowls
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Baking mold 15 cm

Ingredients
  

  • 30 grams Cake Flour
  • 20 grams Cocoa Powder
  • 45 grams Granulated Sugar
  • 20 grams Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 bar Chocolate (Dark or Milk Chocolate)

Instructions
 

  • The first step is to sieve 30 grams of cake flour and 20 grams of cocoa powder into a mixing bowl.
  • Then add 2 eggs and 45 grams of granulated sugar to another mixing bowl. Blend for three minutes.
  • Then add half of the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl with eggs/sugar. Mix everything together with a spatula. When everything is well mixed, add the rest of the dry ingredients.
  • When everything is well mixed, add 20 grams of unsalted melted butter. Mix everything together.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking mold.
  • Preheat the oven to 170°C celcius.
  • Bake for 15 minutes (170°C).
  • After 15 minutes, add a bar of dark or milk chocolate on top. Bake for 10 minutes (160°C).
  • Let the chocolate cake cool for 15 minutes. Then the chocolate cake is ready to be served!
