  • 1 Bowl

  • 3 Eggs
  • 75 grams Granulated Sugar
  • Pinch Salt
  • 10 grams Vanilla Sugar
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 200 grams All purpose flour
  • 50 grams cornstarch
  • 30 grams Melted butter
  • 20 grams Cocoa Powder


  • First put 3 eggs, 75 grams of granulated sugar, a pinch of salt and 10 grams of vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix everything together.
  • Then add 100 milliliters of milk. Mix everything together.
  • Next, add 200 grams of all-purpose flour to the mixing bowl. Mix everything together.
  • Add 400 milliliters of milk. Mix everything together.
  • Then add 50 grams of cornflour and 30 grams of melted butter to the mixture. Mix everything together.
  • Scoop four pancake spoons with batter into another bowl. Add 20 grams of cocoa powder to this bowl. Mix everything together.
  • Use a frying pan with a little bit of butter to bake the pancakes.
  • Add two spoons of batter to the pan. Use a bottle for the cocoa mixture and make a spiral. When the pancake is dry on the top, flip the pancake.
  • When the pancake is ready, you can add the granulated sugar. Fold the pancake inwards so that you can see the chocolate ring on the outside.
  • You can also create a variant. Use the chocolate batter first. When this is dry, add the pancake batter. Make the perfect Zebra Pancake!
