  • 2 Shallots
  • 400 grams Ground Beef and Pork
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • Dill
  • 20 grams Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Baguette
  • 1 clove Garlic


  • Start with finely chop two shallots.
  • Use a frying pan over medium high heat.
  • Add a little bit of butter to the pan.
  • Next add the shallot to the pan with 400 grams of ground beef and pork. Season this with salt and black pepper.
  • Cut a tomato and a spring onion in small pieces.
  • Chop some dill. Then add the tomato, spring onion and dill to the frying pan. Add also a clove of garlic. Mix everything together.
  • First remove the top of your baguette. Next remove the inside of the baguette.
  • Then grate some Parmesan cheese and add this to a mixing bowl.
  • Add the mixture of the frying pan to the mixing bowl with grated Parmesan cheese. Mix everything together.
  • Add the ground beef filling to the baguette.
  • Preheat the oven on 180℃ degrees celcius.
  • Bake the baguette for 20 minutes (180℃).
  • After 20 minutes take the french bread out. Add a sauce of choice and enjoy this snack!



  • Tomatoes contain a lot of water. Make sure that when you put the mixture in the bread, most of the moisture is gone. Otherwise, you can also replace the tomatoes with peppers. They release less moisture.
  • For the baguette I used a baked baguette. You only need to heat it for a couple of minutes in the oven!
