The first step is to peel the potatoes.
Cut the potatoes into pieces. Put the pieces of potatoes on the bottom of a oven dish.
Roughly chop 100 grams of mushrooms.
Finely chop a red bell pepper and a yellow bell pepper.
Finely chop a red onion.
Add the chopped mushrooms, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and red onion to the oven dish.
Season with pepper and salt.
Make incisions in the chicken breast (600 grams) without cutting the chicken completely.
Add 40 ml of milk, 20 grams of plain yogurt, black pepper, salt, 5 grams of paprika powder, 3 grams of chill powder and 3 grams of oregano in your mixing bowl. Mix everything.
Add the chicken breast in the mixing bowl. Let the chicken rest in the mixture for 30 minutes.
Add the chicken on top in the oven dish and pour the sauce over the chicken.
Bake for 30 minutes (180°C).
After 30 minutes add shredded cheese on top.
Bake for another 15 minutes (180°C).
