Grab a large pan and add the potatoes. Add water so that the ingredients are just under water and add some salt.
Grab another pan and add carrots and onions, bay leaf, ketjap, pepper and , bouillon cube. Add a bit of water. The ingredients don't need to be under the water.
Bring it to a bowl, after boiling put the gas on low for 25-30 minutes.
After 25-30 minutes drain the pan. All the water needs to be gone.
Cook the potatoes dry for another 1 or 2 minutes.
Use a potato masher to mash everything together.
Add the salt and pepper. Mix everything together.
