Making Sugar Cooking Icing will be the perfect finisher for a cookie! This will take you 10 minutes to make. You only need 4 ingredients! You can use the icing to decorate cakes and cookies! Enjoy!
Start with adding the Powdered sugar, 3 tablespoons of milk and the 10 ml vanilla extract in a bowl.
Whisk until the icing is combined. If you want to make the solid icing you need to keep whisking. If the icing comes to think you can add milk to make it smoother.
Start adding the food coloring.
Mix the food coloring and the icing together.
Take a cookie and start with the outside layer (solid icing)
When the solid icing is on the outside of the cookie, you can fill the middle with the running icing.
Take a knife or spoon and spread the Cookie icing!

150 gram of Powdered sugar needs to be enough. If you find out that you need more than just add more Powdered sugar with milk in the bowl.
When decorating the cookies make sure the cookies are at room temperature
If you have multiple food coloring just divide the icing in different bowls. After this you can add the food coloring
Do you running out of time, just make the icing a day before. You can keep the icing in the refrigerator. When you want to decorate the cookies make sure the icing is on room temperature.
