The first step is grab your mixing bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl (flour, buckwheat flour, vanilla sugar, salt and baking powder).
Mix the ingredients together.
Add the 2 medium eggs and 50% of the milk. Mix until you get a smooth batter.
Add the rest of the milk and the melted butter to the batter, mix everything together.
Place the poffertjes pan on the stove on medium heat.
Grease the pan with butter.Add the batter to the poffertjes pan.
If the top becomes dry or bubbles form, you can turn the poffertjes over.
When the other side is also ready, remove the poffertjes from the pan and repeat the process.
Add the poffertjes on a plate with butter and powdered sugar on top. Enjoy!
