  • 150 grams All purpose Flour
  • 150 grams Buckwheat Flour
  • 7 gram Baking Powder
  • 8 grams Vanilla Sugar
  • 2 grams Salt
  • 2 Medium Eggs
  • 350 ml Milk
  • 30 grams Butter (Melted)


  • The first step is grab your mixing bowl.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the mixing bowl (flour, buckwheat flour, vanilla sugar, salt and baking powder).
  • Mix the ingredients together.
  • Add the 2 medium eggs and 50% of the milk. Mix until you get a smooth batter.
  • Add the rest of the milk and the melted butter to the batter, mix everything together.
  • Place the poffertjes pan on the stove on medium heat.
  • Grease the pan with butter.Add the batter to the poffertjes pan.
  • If the top becomes dry or bubbles form, you can turn the poffertjes over.
  • When the other side is also ready, remove the poffertjes from the pan and repeat the process.
  • Add the poffertjes on a plate with butter and powdered sugar on top. Enjoy!
