Apple Filling

  • 1 Apples
  • 15 ml Lemon Juice
  • 35 grams Brown Sugar
  • 15 grams Unsalted Butter
  • Cinnamon Powder

  • 1 Egg
  • 80 grams Granulated Sugar
  • 60 grams Melted Butter
  • 200 grams All Purpose Flour
  • 3 grams Baking Powder

  • The first step is to cut an apple in small pieces and add the pieces to a saucepan on medium / low heat.
  • Next add 15 ml of lemon juice, 35 grams of brown sugar, 15 grams of unsalted butter and cinnamon powder to the saucepan.
  • Take the saucepan of the heat when the butter is melted.
  • For the dough add 1 egg, 80 grams of granulated sugar and 60 grams of unsalted melted butter to your mixing bowl. Mix everything together.
  • Then add 200 grams of all purpose flour and 3 grams of baking powder to the mixing bowl. Knead everything until you can make a dough ball.
  • Shape six dough balls of 60 grams (you're left with dough, you will need this later).

  • Fill the molds with the apple mixture.
  • Add pieces of dough on top.
