The first step is to cut an apple in small pieces and add the pieces to a saucepan on medium / low heat.
Next add 15 ml of lemon juice, 35 grams of brown sugar, 15 grams of unsalted butter and cinnamon powder to the saucepan.
Take the saucepan of the heat when the butter is melted.
For the dough add 1 egg, 80 grams of granulated sugar and 60 grams of unsalted melted butter to your mixing bowl. Mix everything together.
Then add 200 grams of all purpose flour and 3 grams of baking powder to the mixing bowl. Knead everything until you can make a dough ball.
Shape six dough balls of 60 grams (you're left with dough, you will need this later).
Place the dough balls in the molds. Use a glass to press the dough into the mold.
Fill the molds with the apple mixture.
Add pieces of dough on top.
Preheat the oven to 180°C degrees celcius.
Bake for 25 minutes (180°C).
After 25 minutes take the Apple Mini Cakes out. Let them cool down a bit before eating. Enjoy!
