  • 125 grams Salted Butter
  • 100 grams Brown Sugar
  • 150 grams Self Rising Flour


  • The first step is add 125 grams of salted butter, 100 grams of brown (caster) sugar and 150 grams of self rising flour to your mixing bowl.
  • Knead everything by hand.
  • Make sure everything is well mixed and you can make a ball of the dough.
  • Let the mixing bowl rest for 20 minutes in the fridge.
  • After 20 minutes take the bowl out of the fridge.
  • Make small round balls (25) and lay them down on a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Gently press the pattern into the dough with a fork.
  • Preheat the oven on 150°C.
  • When the oven reaches the right temperature bake for 20 minutes (150°C).
  • After 20 minutes let the cookies cool down, enjoy eating them!
