The first step is add three eggs, 5 ml of vanilla extract and 150 grams of granulated sugar to your mixing bowl.
Mix everything together with a mixer.
Next add 80 ml of olive oil and 100 ml milk to the batter. Mix everything together with a mixer.
Grab your sieve and sieve 300 grams of all purpose flour and 16 grams of baking powder in the batter. Again mix everything but this time with a wooden spoon.
Peel two apples and cut the apples into pieces.
Set the apples aside.Add 30 grams of caster sugar and 14 grams of cinnamon to a tray. Add the apples to the tray and give them a nice coating.
Add the apples to the batter and mix everything together.
Add the batter to a baking mold (22 cm by 22 cm).
Preheat the oven until 180°C.
When the oven reaches the right temperature bake the cake for 40 minutes on 180°C.
After 40 minutes remove the cake from the oven and let it cool a bit.
Serve the Apple Cinnamon cake with a scoop of ice cream on top. Enjoy!
