Milk Pudding with Chocolate Shavings
An amazing dessert: Milk Pudding. This is dessert that is so easy to make and looks so good! With chocolate shavings on top is this a real eye-catcher. Enjoy!
Baking mold 30 cm
- 20 grams Gelatin Sheets
- 3 Eggs
- 100 grams Granulated Sugar
- 3 ml Vanilla Extract
- 350 ml Milk
- 300 grams Greek Yogurt
- Chocolate Bar
The first step is add cold water a mixing bowl and add 20 grams of gelatin sheets.
Set the bowl aside for 5 minutes.
Next add three egg yolks and 100 grams of granulated sugar to a mixing bowl. Mix everything together.
After mixing the eggs and sugar together add 350 ml of milk and 3 ml of vanilla extract. Mix the ingredients together.
Add the ingredients of the bowl to a saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil. When the mixture boils take it of the stove and add the gelatin sheets.
When the gelatin sheets are mixed with the mixture add the 300 grams of Greek Yogurt. Mix again everything together.
Pour the batter in a mold, add on top a layer of biscuits.
Let it set in the fridge for 4 hours.
After 4 hours take the mold out the fridge and add chocolate shavings on top. Enjoy!
- I recommend to put the baking mold at least 4 hours in the fridge.
