Milk Pudding with Chocolate Shavings

Equipment

  • Baking mold 30 cm

Ingredients
  

  • 20 grams Gelatin Sheets
  • 3 Eggs
  • 100 grams Granulated Sugar
  • 3 ml Vanilla Extract
  • 350 ml Milk
  • 300 grams Greek Yogurt
  • Biscuits
  • Chocolate Bar

Instructions
 

  • The first step is add cold water a mixing bowl and add 20 grams of gelatin sheets.
  • Set the bowl aside for 5 minutes.
  • Next add three egg yolks and 100 grams of granulated sugar to a mixing bowl. Mix everything together.
  • After mixing the eggs and sugar together add 350 ml of milk and 3 ml of vanilla extract. Mix the ingredients together.
  • Add the ingredients of the bowl to a saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil. When the mixture boils take it of the stove and add the gelatin sheets.
  • When the gelatin sheets are mixed with the mixture add the 300 grams of Greek Yogurt. Mix again everything together.
  • Pour the batter in a mold, add on top a layer of biscuits.
  • Let it set in the fridge for 4 hours.
  • After 4 hours take the mold out the fridge and add chocolate shavings on top. Enjoy!

  • I recommend to put the baking mold at least 4 hours in the fridge.
