Vanilla Chocolate Cake in Pan
An amazing dessert: Vanilla Chocolate Cake in Pan. This is the cake whereby you don't need an oven. Just a frying pan. The cake taste amazing with Nutella on top. Enjoy making!
- 2 Eggs
- 150 grams Granulated Sugar
- 160 ml Milk
- 50 ml Sunflower Oil
- 150 grams All Purpose Flour
- 10 grams Baking Powder
- 1 Orange Peel
- 70 grams Nutella
The first step is add two eggs and 150 grams of granulated sugar to a mixing bowl.
Mix everything together.
Add 50 ml of sunflower oil and 160 ml milk to the mixing bowl and again mix everything together.
Grab your sieve and sieve 150 grams of all purpose flour and 10 grams of baking powder to the mixture.
Add the peel of an orange to the mixture and mix everything together.
Put a frying pan (small) over low heat and add a little bit of butter to the pan.
Add the mixture to the pan and add 70 grams of Nutella on top.
Create a pattern by using a knife (or something else).
Bake the cake for 40 minutes with a lid on. If you don't have a lid you can use aluminium foil.
After 40 minutes watch if the cake is done, otherwise bake it for a couple minutes more. Let the cake cool down a bit, enjoy!
- If you want the cake to rise higher, you can use a small frying pan. I used a large frying pan so the cake is not so high.
