Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs
  • 150 grams Granulated Sugar
  • 160 ml Milk
  • 50 ml Sunflower Oil
  • 150 grams All Purpose Flour
  • 10 grams Baking Powder
  • 1 Orange Peel
  • 70 grams Nutella

Instructions
 

  • The first step is add two eggs and 150 grams of granulated sugar to a mixing bowl.
  • Mix everything together.
  • Add 50 ml of sunflower oil and 160 ml milk to the mixing bowl and again mix everything together.
  • Grab your sieve and sieve 150 grams of all purpose flour and 10 grams of baking powder to the mixture.
  • Add the peel of an orange to the mixture and mix everything together.
  • Put a frying pan (small) over low heat and add a little bit of butter to the pan.
  • Add the mixture to the pan and add 70 grams of Nutella on top.
  • Create a pattern by using a knife (or something else).
  • Bake the cake for 40 minutes with a lid on. If you don't have a lid you can use aluminium foil.
  • After 40 minutes watch if the cake is done, otherwise bake it for a couple minutes more. Let the cake cool down a bit, enjoy!

  • If you want the cake to rise higher, you can use a small frying pan. I used a large frying pan so the cake is not so high.
