An amazing snack: Large Chocolate Chip Cookies. These cookies are so good! you can decide for yourself how big you want to make the cookies. I use one ice scream scoop per cookie. Enjoy making!

  • 80 grams Melted Butter
  • 50 grams Granulated Sugar
  • 8 grams Vanilla Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 130 grams All Purpose Flour
  • 8 grams Baking Powder
  • 50 grams Chocolate Chips


  • First grab a saucepan and start melting 80 grams of butter.
  • When the butter is melted add this to a mixing bowl together with 50 grams of granulated sugar, a pinch of salt and 8 grams of vanilla sugar.
  • Mix everything together.
  • Next add 1 egg to the mixture and mix everything together.
  • Grab your sieve and add 130 grams of all purpose flour and 8 grams of baking powder to the mixture. Mix everything together.
  • When the mixture is smooth add 50 grams of chocolate chips.
  • Let the mixture rest for 20 minutes in the fridge.
  • Preheat the oven on 180°C.
  • Use a ice cream scoop to create the cookies on a baking plate.
  • Bake the chocolate chip cookies for 20 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes let them cool down, until they are on room temperate. Enjoy eating!



  • I used 50 grams of chocolate chips. You can also use 75 grams or 100 grams. Depending on what you like yourself!
