  • 2 Eggs
  • 30 grams Oats
  • 65 ml Milk
  • 15 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Cumin
  • Parmesan Cheese


  • Grab a saucepan and heat 65 ml of milk.
  • When the milk is warm, add 30 grams of oats in a tray with the heated milk. Mix everything together.
  • Then add 2 eggs, salt, cumin powder and Parmesan cheese. Mix everything together.
  • Grab a frying pan and put it on the stove on medium low heat.
  • Add 15 ml of virgin olive oil in the pan.
  • When the pan is warm, add the mixture and bake it for 4 minutes with the lid on.
  • After 4 minutes turn and bake the other side for 2 minutes.
  • Finally add the Parmesan cheese on top! Enjoy!
