An easy breakfast: Oats Omelette! This breakfast is full of carbs and protein. A perfect breakfast if you have not much time on the morning. Enjoy!
- 2 Eggs
- 30 grams Oats
- 65 ml Milk
- 15 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Parmesan Cheese
Grab a saucepan and heat 65 ml of milk.
When the milk is warm, add 30 grams of oats in a tray with the heated milk. Mix everything together.
Then add 2 eggs, salt, cumin powder and Parmesan cheese. Mix everything together.
Grab a frying pan and put it on the stove on medium low heat.
Add 15 ml of virgin olive oil in the pan.
When the pan is warm, add the mixture and bake it for 4 minutes with the lid on.
After 4 minutes turn and bake the other side for 2 minutes.
Finally add the Parmesan cheese on top! Enjoy!
