Vanilla Chocolate Cake

- 3 Eggs
- 200 grams Granulated Sugar
- 250 ml Milk
- 100 ml Sunflower Oil
- 350 grams All Purpose Flour
- 10 grams Baking Powder
- 30 grams Cocoa Powder
- Powdered Sugar
The first step is to add 3 eggs and 200 grams of granulated sugar to your mixing bowl. Mix everything together.
Then add 250 ml of milk and 100 ml of sunflower oil.
Grab your sieve and add 350 grams of all purpose flour and 10 grams of baking powder. Mix everything together.
Add 30 grams of cocoa powder and 5 ml of water in a tray. Mix the cocoa powder with the water until it becomes a smooth mixture.
Equally divide the batter into two bowls. Stir the cocoa into one of the bowls with batter.
Pour the two different color batter in the baking mold at the same time.
Preheat the oven for 180℃ celcius.
Bake for 40 minutes (180℃).
Let the cake cool and add powdered sugar on top. Enjoy!
