Banana Ice Cream
An amazing dessert: Banana Ice Cream. This ice cream recipe is easy to make without the use of extra sugar and eggs. You only need 3 ingredients. Enjoy!
Ice cream scoop
- 330 grams Banana
- 500 ml Fresh Cream (Whipping Cream 35% Fat)
- 397 grams Sweetened Condensed Milk
The first step is to cut a banana in pieces.
Add the pieces to a food processor or blender. Mix everything together until you get a smooth mixture.
Set the banana mixture on the side.
Add 500 ml of fresh cream (35% fat) to your kitchen machine. Mix until soft peaks. You can also use a mixing bowl with a mixer.
Then add 397 grams of sweetened condensed milk to the mixture. Mix everything well.
Add the banana mixture to the bowl. Mix everything well.
When everything is mixed together add the mixture to a ice tray.
Cover the ice tray with a plastic wrap.
Freeze for a minimum of 8 hours.
After 8 hours enjoy your fantastic ice cream!
