  • 1 Mango
  • 500 ml Fresh Cream (Whipping Cream 35% Fat)
  • 397 grams Sweetened Condensed Milk


  • The first step is to cut a mango in pieces.
  • Add the pieces to a food processor or blender. Mix everything together and set the mixture on the side.
  • Add 500 ml of fresh cream (35% fat) to your kitchen machine. Mix until soft peaks. You can also use a mixing bowl with a mixer.
  • Then add 397 grams of sweetened condensed milk to the mixture. Mix everything well.
  • Add the mango mixture to the bowl. Mix everything well.
  • When everything is mixed together add the mixture to a ice tray.
  • Cover the ice tray with a plastic wrap.
  • Freeze for a minimum of 8 hours.
  • After 8 hours enjoy your fantastic ice cream!
