  • 300 ml Fresh Cream (Whipping Cream 35% Fat)
  • 250 grams Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 38 grams Cocoa Powder


  • The first step is to add 300 ml of fresh cream (35% fat) to your kitchen machine. Mix until soft peaks.
  • Then add 250 grams of sweetened condensed milk to the mixture. Mix everything well.
  • Add 38 grams of cocoa powder to the mixture. Mix everything well.
  • When everything is mixed together add the mixture to a bowl.
  • Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap.
  • Freeze for a minimum of 8 hours.
  • After 8 hours enjoy your fantastic ice cream!
