Stracciatella Ice Cream
An amazing dessert: Stracciatella Ice Cream. This ice cream recipe is easy to make without the use of extra sugar and eggs. You only need 5 ingredients. Enjoy!
- 80 grams Dark Belgian Chocolate
- 500 ml Fresh Cream (Whipping Cream 35% Fat)
- 397 grams Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 15 ml Vanilla Extract
- 20 ml Grandial X0 Brandy
Add 80 grams of dark Belgian Chocolate to a food processor.
Next add 500 ml of fresh cream (35% fat) to your kitchen machine. Mix until soft peaks.
Add 397 grams of sweetened condensed milk to the mixture. Mix everything well.
Add 15 ml of vanilla extract and 20 ml of Grandial X0 Brandy to the mixture. Mix everything together.
Add the finely ground chocolate to the mixture. Mix everything well.
Add the mixture to a baking mold / ice tray.
Cover the mold with plastic wrap.
Freeze for a minimum of 8 hours.
After 8 hours enjoy your fantastic ice cream!
