  • 80 grams Dark Belgian Chocolate
  • 500 ml Fresh Cream (Whipping Cream 35% Fat)
  • 397 grams Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 15 ml Vanilla Extract
  • 20 ml Grandial X0 Brandy


  • Add 80 grams of dark Belgian Chocolate to a food processor.
  • Next add 500 ml of fresh cream (35% fat) to your kitchen machine. Mix until soft peaks.
  • Add 397 grams of sweetened condensed milk to the mixture. Mix everything well.
  • Add 15 ml of vanilla extract and 20 ml of Grandial X0 Brandy to the mixture. Mix everything together.
  • Add the finely ground chocolate to the mixture. Mix everything well.
  • Add the mixture to a baking mold / ice tray.
  • Cover the mold with plastic wrap.
  • Freeze for a minimum of 8 hours.
  • After 8 hours enjoy your fantastic ice cream!
