  • 1 Garlic Bulb
  • 50 grams Unsalted Butter
  • 1 gram Thyme (fresh)
  • 5 grams Basil
  • 5 grams Parsley
  • 1 Baguette
  • 20 grams Parmesan Cheese
  • 10 ml Extra virgin Olive Oil


  • Slice the garlic bulb horizontally.
  • Add extra virgin olive oil over the garlic bulb.
  • Bake the garlic bulb for 30 minutes (180°C).
  • Then melt 50 grams of unsalted butter.
  • Grind the garlic in the mortar.
  • Add 1 gram of fresh thyme to a small container.
  • Finely chop 5 grams of basil and 5 grams of parsley. Add the basil and parsley to the container with thyme.
  • Add the melted butter to the container and mix everything.
  • Pour the mixture in the mortar with garlic. Grind everything in the mortar.
  • Cut a baguette in small pieces.
  • Place the baguette pieces on a baking tray. Add the garlic mixture on top.
  • Add Parmesan cheese on top.
  • Bake for 8 minutes (180°C).
  • After 8 minutes is time to enjoy the Garlic Bread Spread!
