Caramel Milk Pudding
An amazing dessert: Caramel Milk Pudding. This recipe is easy to make and everyone will love this recipe! It takes some time, but it's worth it!
- 100 grams Unsalted Butter
- 120 grams All Purpose Flour
- 1 liter Milk
- 170 grams Granulated Sugar
- 7 ml Vanilla Extract
- 115 grams Cornstarch
Add 100 grams of unsalted butter in a sauce pan.
When the butter is completely melted add 120 grams of all purpose flour. Keep stirring the mixture.
When the mixture becomes smooth add 1 liter of milk divided in 3 portions.
Next add 80 grams of sugar and keep stirring.
Then add 7 ml of vanilla extract.
Keep stirring and let it thickens.
When the mixture is ready let it cool for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes place it in the fridge for 45 minutes.
Then you need to make the syrup. Add 90 grams of sugar to a frying pan.
Mix in a bowl 15 grams of cornstarch and 20 ml of water.
When the sugar is melted and gets a golden brown color add 10 ml of water. Keep stirring.
Then add the cornstarch/water mixture.
When the syrup is ready pour it over the pudding. Spread the syrup evenly and place in the fridge for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
