  • 200 grams Spaghetti Pasta
  • 120 ml Olive Oil
  • 6 cloves Garlic (small cloves)
  • Half Red Pepper
  • Half Lemon
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • Fill a pan with hot water.
  • Add salt to the pasta water.
  • When the water boils add 200 grams of spaghetti pasta.
  • Cook the spaghetti for 8 to 9 minutes
  • Peel 5 or 6 cloves of garlic (small ones, medium is also an option) and cut them into thin slices.
  • Put 120 ml of olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
  • Cut the half of a red pepper into small pieces
  • Add the sliced garlic to the hot pan and became them until golden brown.
  • Add the half of the slices peppers to the pan and lower the heat to medium low.
  • Cut the parsley into small pieces.
  • Add the parsley to the pan and mix everything well together.
  • Add the juice of half a lemon.
  • The garlic spaghetti pasta is read to serve!
