  • 3 Potatoes
  • Pepper
  • Salt


  • Peel the three potatoes.
  • Grate the potatoes.
  • Remove all the moisture from the potatoes by using kitchen paper or a towel.
  • Put the dry potatoes in a mixing bowl.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Use a frying pan with oil over medium/high heat.
  • Add the grated potatoes to the frying pan.
  • Bake 15 minutes per side on low heat.
  • The Hash Browns needs to be golden brown on both sides!
