No Bake Chocolate Tart
An easy No Bake Chocolate Tart. This recipe is for a baking mold of 30 cm. Everyone will like this recipe! Make sure you use good quality chocolate! Enjoy!
30 cm baking mold
- 15 Digestive biscuits
- 142 grams Unsalted Butter
- 300 grams Dark Chocolate
- 240 ml Heavy Cream
- 37 grams Brown Sugar
- 4 ml Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch Salt
The first step is to put 15 digestive biscuits in a sealed bag. Crush the cookies really fine.
Melt 85 grams of unsalted butter. Add the melted butter to a mixing bowl with the digestive biscuits. Mix everything together.
Grab a 30 cm tart mold and add the biscuits and melted butter mix.
Put the tart for 20 minutes in the fridge.
Grab a sauce pan and fill the pan with hot water on low heat. Add a heat resistant bowl on top.
Add 240 ml of heavy cream, 37 grams of brown sugar and 57 grams of unsalted butter, 300 grams of dark chocolate and a pinch of salt in the bowl.
Mix everything together until everything is melted.
Let it cool for 15 minutes.
Pour the chocolate on the biscuit layer. Spread out the chocolate layer. Put the tart in the fridge overnight or until set.
