  • Blender


  • 400 grams Orange (frozen)
  • 1 Banana (frozen / optional)
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 200 grams Plain Yogurt
  • 12 Ice Cubs


  • Start with grabbing your blender.
  • Measure the right amount for the (frozen) Orange, yogurt, milk and ice cubes. Optional is a frozen banana.
  • Add the ingredients in the blender.
  • Start blending for 1 minute or when its smooth.
  • .After this 1 minute add the smoothie to a glass.
  • Enjoy your Orange Smoothie!


  • When you buy a orange, it is important that you first cut it into pieces and place it in the freezer. I didn't count the time for cutting the orange into pieces in the recipe.
