- 400 grams Kiwi (Frozen)
- 150 ml Milk
- 200 grams Plain Yogurt
- 12 Ice cubes
Start with grabbing your blender.
Measure the right amount for the (frozen) kiwis, yogurt, milk and ice cubes.
Add the ingredients in the blender.
Start blending for 1 minute or when its smooth.
After this 1 minute add the smoothie to a glass.
