  • 400 grams Kiwi (Frozen)
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 200 grams Plain Yogurt
  • 12 Ice cubes


  • Start with grabbing your blender.
  • Measure the right amount for the (frozen) kiwis, yogurt, milk and ice cubes.
  • Add the ingredients in the blender.
  • Start blending for 1 minute or when its smooth.
  • After this 1 minute add the smoothie to a glass.
  • Enjoy your Kiwi Smoothie!
