Ingredients
  

  • 80 grams Greek Yogurt
  • 45 grams Rolled Oats
  • 160 ml Milk
  • 13 grams Chia Seeds
  • 2 grams Vanilla Extract
  • Cinnamon
  • Salt

Topping

  • Honey
  • Berries

Instructions
 

  • Grab a glass.
  • Fill the glass with oats, milk and Chia seeds.
  • Add the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt.
  • Stir everything together. There should be no lumps.
  • Put the glass in the fridge for at least 3 hours. My advice is to do this overnight.
  • After a minimum of 3 hours take the glass out of the fridge. At a little bit of cinnamon, Honey en Berries on top! You have made yourself Overnight Oats!

Notes

If you don't like cold Oats, you can put your glass in the microwave.
